The participation of pupils in the daily activities of the school has long been fostered by Pearls Valley School hierarchy. The pupils are involved in maintaining and enforcing disciplinary codes relating to pupils and school life in general. “Be your brother’s keeper” The good book encourages to embrace our uniqueness and our differences.
The selection is based on an open and democratic process, taking into account the conduct and contribution made to school life of individuals earmarked for leadership positions during their time in the school.
Each prefect is assigned specific responsibilities which he/she is expected to discharge to the best of his/her ability. This gives the necessary leadership training for the pupil.
