The management of Pearls Valley School (PVS) would like to express its heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support, particularly during this challenging term.

Important Updates:

1. Primary School Resumption: PVS Grade School (Primary) will resume classes as scheduled.
2. Security Measures: For pick-up, please provide the classroom color code, along with your driver's license or national ID. Pick-up time is now 2 pm. If you expect to be late, kindly notify us in advance.
3. Academic Work and Music School: Weekly topic outlines and videos will be shared on class WhatsApp platforms. We encourage parents to engage with these resources and consider linking their child's tablet to the platforms.
4. Music School Requirements: Please purchase an electric/battery piano, guitar, or violin for your child (Nursery Two - Grade 5) before the next term.
5. Capacity Building Workshops: Our staff have undergone training to enhance their teaching skills and childcare services.
6. Achievement and Health Screening: PVS maintains its Group A School status in Kumasi, with our staff having undergone health screening.

Payment of School Fees:

- Full payment is due before the term begins or on reopening day.
- Alternatively, 70% payment can be made, with the remaining 30% due within a month.
- Please collect your receipt from the accountant after payment.

Final Remarks:

We appreciate the hard work and dedication of our staff and board. School resumes on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. We look forward to seeing you and your child next term.
